Doug has been in the Civil Construction Industry for 24 years and has worked on all aspects of civil constructions.

As a man with high ambitions and the drive to succeed with anything he sets his mind to, Doug started the company in 2005 as a sole trader with just one truck and excavator. Due to his high standards, professionalism and quality of work, he has progressively expanded the business to the thriving company it is today.

Although the title of managing director may suggest a man who does not get his hands dirty, Doug is the complete opposite, and you will quite often find him in a machine getting the job done.
